While on the surface, little appears to be happening, believe me, lots is going on! Crews continue to excavate the basement and pour walls. New Drive up Nearly Complete!
Our crews are working hard to get the new drive up at 2237 34th Street (right next door to the Southside Branch—formerly our corporate training center) up and running. Asphalt will be coming Thurs and Fri and we are TENTATIVELY scheduled to open the new drive up on Tuesday June 23rd. [...]

The temporary entrance is now up and functioning…the only access to the Lobby, drive up and ATM is off Dore Lane. The front parking lot is now gone and excavation for the basement of the new building will begin shortly.

The Southside project is moving right along…after a slight hiccup with the sewer and water lines, we are now on track to open the temporary lobby entrance (off of Dore Lane) Thursday the 21st….starting that day, the front doors will no longer be accessible. The ATM will be moved on the 21st and temporarily unavailable [...]

The windows are boarded up, but we’re still open! The windows on the front of our Southside Branch have been covered with plywood to prevent random tools, machinery, pieces or parts from flying through the windows as our construction crews remove the soffit from the front of the building. We received confirmation today that the LEED review is final and Russell has been certified at the Platinum level! We earned a total of 57 points, 5 more than the threshold for Platinum. This is a very high achievement.
